Initial Consultation and Assessment (45 minutes): We will examine your personal and professional history, current health and wellness, dietary habits, physical activity levels, stress factors, and medical background in depth.
Monthly Structure (3 Months):
- Every 2-week One-on-One Coaching Sessions (6 sessions, 45 minutes each): These personalized sessions will focus on your progress toward your goals, tackle any challenges you face, and adjust strategies as needed. We will cover essential topics such as stress management, dietary guidance, and finding the proper exercise routines that fit into your busy schedule.
- Accountability Check-ins: Regular communication via email or text to keep you on track, address any immediate concerns, and ensure continuous progress/
Mid-Program Review Session: A pivotal review to evaluate your halfway progress, reassess goals, and refine your strategy moving forward. This evaluation will take place during one of your sessions.
Final Evaluation and Forward Planning Session: We will review your achievements, discuss key learnings, and develop a forward-looking plan to ensure you maintain and build upon your progress. This evaluation will take place during one of your sessions.
