I'm a trained, practicing endocrinologist with over 20 years of taking care of thousands of patients with diabetes and metabolic disease. In that time, I've watched the same pattern repeat: people who are disciplined, informed, and working hard — and still not getting the results they deserve.
I don't believe health fails because people lack discipline. I've seen that it often fails because health was never designed. People rely on motivation instead of architecture, treat the body like a task instead of a system, and confuse effort with effectiveness.
That's why I founded Woode Life Design™ — a framework for designing health with the same clarity and intention that successful people bring to their careers and lives. My mission is simple: Educate. Empower. Encourage.
Beyond my clinical practice, I host DWMD Live, a weekly metabolic health education series on YouTube. I speak at corporate wellness events, faith-based conferences, hospital grand rounds, and community health organizations. I am completing two books: The Diabetes Exit and SHIFT.
